My training style is based on functional fitness that will push you to get fitter, more toned and stronger than you have in years. The workouts are varied, high intensity, fun and results driven with no two sessions ever the same and covers both strength and conditioning. I push you to achieve your health and fitness goals in an encouraging, inspiring manner in order for you to be and feel the best that you can.

GET OUTDOORS

I love the outdoors and when COVID hit and we had to move outdoors I realised how much better outdoor training is. To start with you get to see sunrises, dolphins playing, whales migrating, storms rolling in and amazing rainbows, you don't get this in a gym.  Outdoor training also makes you work harder and see results faster. Numerous pieces of research show a clear connection between spending time outdoors and a reduction in stress.  Fresh air and increased oxygen also helps release the feel-good brain chemical, serotonin – meaning your outdoor training sessions not only help keep you fit and healthy - they put you in a positive mood too.

We already spend too much time indoors sitting at a desk - so let's get outside, get closer to nature and enjoy Sydney’s beautiful parks and beaches.
