I’m Kajsa (pronounced Kay-sah), a certified Health and Fitness coach in my 40s, a Swaussie, a mum, lover of food, life, exercise and sunshine. I help women implement simple step by step lifestyle changes to increase energy levels, lose weight and increase the feeling of health and well-being.
