My signature program, The Swedish Solution, helps time-poor women just like you to implement simple step-by-step lifestyle changes to increase energy, lose weight, stress less and have more fun in their lives.

It’s based on my realisation that the “secret formula” used by the happiest and healthiest people in the world, the Scandinavians, really isn’t a “secret formula” at all rather  it’s about making healthy living a part of everyday life, rather than something you have to “do” or have to “fit in” or “start”. Simple, right? Maybe, but how do you start to “simply be healthy”?

That’s why I developed The Swedish Solution, a program where I help you implement healthy habits into your life gradually.  We all know you can’t transform your life overnight, but you can implement small, simple changes that on their own almost seem insignificant as they’re so easy to do – small, simple changes that, combined, add up and over time they completely change your life. 

The Swedish Solution isn’t based on crazy diets or extreme exercise regimes or not being allowed to do certain things, or having to do other things rather it is

Learn how to eat healthy for life, not by going on any restrictive, crazy diets but just by eating clean, healthy and REAL food.

Dive into your dietary habits and discover which foods are working for you
  • Discover why it’s not just what you eat but how you eat that impacts your energy
  • Learn to eat for real life, including what to eat when travelling or eating out
  • Support, including cleaning out your pantry, check lists, shopping tips and a 4 week meal plan and e-cookbook full of delicious, easy to cook meals suitable for the whole family are all included

TRAIN WELL – By incorporating daily activity

  • Learn how to fall in love with exercise and how to incorporate more activity in your everyday life
  • Develop a regular exercise routine based on your life and what you actually enjoy doing. Why train for a marathon if you hate running, right?
  • Learn the effect training has on your energy levels and body, inside and out, to give you that extra bit of motivation
  • Gain access to my 30 min 12 week high intensity training program with proven results
  • Optional extra:  if you are based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney I can also whip you into shape by adding a Personal Training package

  • Set the foundation of your journey by clarifying your goals and developing a clear action plan to keep you on track and motivated throughout your three months
  • Learn how to implement a successful morning routine and why this is the one ritual highly successful people share
  • Learn the importance of sleep and the effect lack of sleep has on our lives, and how to set yourself up for a better night’s sleep
  • Learn the Danish concept of Hygge, which is about taking time out for yourself to do something comforting and “cozy” for yourself. You will also learn how to develop a personal self care plan to set yourself up for an energised, less stressed and more fun life.

THINK WELL – 
By listening more to your heart and less to your inner bitch

  • Learn techniques to change your life by thinking differently; to be happier, more positive and more grateful. You will be given simple exercises that will only take a couple of minutes of your day but will over time change your outlook on life
  • Manage your stress and “busyness” by learning how to simplify your life. Take small decisions out of your life to allow space for the things and decisions that actually matter
